Apply for flexibility through the Varma Online Service
Applications for using the flexibility option must always be submitted in writing. The easiest way is to do this through our online service.
Send us a message, for example via our online service, indicating that you would like to use the flexibility option and we will process your case. Please, indicate in your notice which flexibility option you are requesting, and the amount either as a percentage or a euro amount. The application always concerns the contribution for the current year.
We recommend applying for payment flexibility for 2025 and paying a possible additional contribution well in advance of the turn of the year so that the payment reaches us before the end of the year 2025.
